I am looking to replace the clips for our Alcon windows that will hold the metal grides in place. The clips are plastic.

I am looking for muntin clips for my windows. The existing plastic ones are crumbling from the Flodida sun exposure. The muntin bars are 3/4" wide x 9/32" deep. The existing clip is also about 1" wide

Attached is a (poor) photo of the muntin bar. It is 3/4" wide by 9/32" thick. I think your 55-182 is the proper clip. Please confirm. Hi, I have bought the 55-182 Grid Clips since my old ones have fallen apart. Quick question, how best to re-install the clips and grid? Clips in between the glass and plastic then push the grid onto the clip? Thanks Chris

Hello! These clips secure the aluminum frame insert to the frame of the window itself. They slide over the end of the aluminum insert frame, the flange (which is broken in the pic) snaps into the edge of the window frame to hold the insert in place. Hopefully this makes sense. I have some metal muntin that appear to be held in place by these plastic clips. I can't remove the muntin for window cleaning without snapping off the clips. Is there a trick to using them, or is there a sturdier option for this clip? Thank you
