Screws used for Ronthor Reiss R-40-28 drawer guide

It looks like the 32-118 will be a good match to replace my broken brackets. My existing brackets were stapled to the drawer whereas the new brackets require screws. What size screws would I need and do you sell them?

Do you sell replacement drawer guids that match teh attached photos? the existing guides have no ID marks. They come from Pennsylvania House Dressers. The overall dimensions are 1-7/8" by 2-7/16". Did you ever find a proper replacement for this part? I am having a hard time finding one on the Swisco site. I need mine for a Century brand dresser. None I can find these days seem to have the 2.375" wide channel that's above the 1.125" wide channel.
