I have Merrilat cabinets with sliding shelves. The brackets are breaking. Do you have a recommendation for a replacement.

This under-self drawer bracket finally failed. Estimated about 20 years old. Bracket itself is about 1 & 3/4" long by 1" wide (where the rail inserts). The rail opening apppears to be about 13/16". Side part# 108/55FR Back part# PPW 097 A few of both the left and right hand corner nylon pieces in the cabinet are broken. The number printed on the inside of the bracket is 471037. Merillat kitchen cabinets were installed when the house was built sometime around 1991. Measures 1 5/8" H x 1 1/8" W x 1 1/2" L (excluding mounting pegs). What is the correct replacement part?

Need a back mounting bracket but the one I find here is for a self closing drawer. Mine is not not sure if that makes a difference.
