These 3 parts make up one rear bracket for a drawer slide in-some older cabinets. I need to locate new replacement parts or identify replacement options.

Back holder for sliding rail in Kitchen cabinet

Part is damaged in one place on the back where it goes into the hole in the back of the cabinet. There also seems to be part of it missing on the other side as well, where the glide goes in.

My house was built in 1992. This is the original part. My drawers are still good. I just need the guide and to be able to use screws. Existing has pre drilled holes, then you insert the part. Please tell me you have a suggestion!?
