Need left and right drawer track for kitchen cabinet drawer. 21 1/2" long

I need to repalce 3 Rear Mounting Brackets for a PMI-CM565R Drawer slide. The dimension of the drawer slide and bracket recepticle is 7/8". I have been to several Hardware and Big Box stores and although their brackets list a dimension of 7/8" they were all to small, approximately 13/16". Can you ... (cont.)

These are drawer slides that were installed in 2004. They were manufactured by Grass. Some of the white plastic rear mounts are broken. I need to replace them.

I need to replace a slide from an american woodmark bath cabinet in a house I bought. I believe this is a grass slide from research I did.

We have a Unigrass 6600 system for the slide-out shelving in our kitchen cabinets. It has rear sockets that are recessed into the back of the cabinet. Hello, I am looking to replace the slides on my Arisokraft kitchen drawer cabinet. They measure 23 inches and 1 1/4 inch on the "L" bracket piece. The only markings I can find are a stamp of CR-02. These 3 parts make up one rear bracket for a drawer slide in-some older cabinets. I need to locate new replacement parts or identify replacement options.

Part is damaged in one place on the back where it goes into the hole in the back of the cabinet. There also seems to be part of it missing on the other side as well, where the glide goes in.
