26-041 2" Pivot Bar, Keller

I have aluminum single hung tilt windows and the balances and shoes are shot. It looks like yours will fit what are your thoughts?

We are trying to find pivot bars for the windows in the apartment complex I work in, I found the manufacturer which was Binnings Building Products who were bought by PGT industries.

See attached photo. There are no identifying labels or stamps on the aluminum windows from approximately 1985. The sash is single strength insulated glass and is 22.5" w x 26" tall. I have 2 windows needing repair and am enclosing pics of both. The first needs a pivot bar: The 2"" Pivot Bar, Keller 26-041 appears for be the right one. The existing ones match it. I have over 10 year old pivot windows with bars. They are cast and look similar to 26-041 without the flang on top. The other dimensions look correct.
