Hello, Can you please let me know if you have this part available, or able to get it? We checked your site but wasn't able to find it.

Do you carry this attached lower window balance cam? Have attached bar and loaded female end. I need the pot metal bar only.

I ordered the spiral balances. However it seems this metal piece that attaches to the window and connects to the spiral balance is broken. I need 3 sets (one left and one right of window as set).Jags

This piece is a cast part that installs to the bottom of the window and inserts into the assist mechanism that raise the window.

Sending photos and hopefully you can tell me the sash parts I need.

Need a sash pivot bar for a Croft aluminum tilt out window fits in the bottom of the window and inserts into the shoe. Which on of your products would be correct replacement for this part?

Need parts: It is a tilt single hung window. I could not find any technical information in the window. Thanks.

This metal part goes inside of the window where it connects to the shoe balance. I tried to glue it with gorilla glue but it didn't work.

This part is screwed onto the lower corners of the sash and fits into the pivot shoe which is attached to the swirl balance.

This is the piece that fits into the part that pulls the cable when raising or lowering the window. I believe they are Keller tilt windows. Thank you Cindy

i have already purchased from you a 16" 3/8 balancer. We have tilt windows that pull out. We would need four of these, one on each side of two windows. Thank you for your help! Betsy

I believe this is a better bilt window. The protruding part on the other side is sheared off. Thanks rich talbot
