We were in the process of getting this window cleaned and the track seems to be broken. I will need to replace it ASAP.

Help, please! Our small kitchen window no longer opens or tilts out with the sash. Both metal pins at bottom of the window were broken with some of the extension parts falling into the bottom channel of the window. Assume these are used to attach to the spiral sashes?

This is from the bottom of a single hung Alenco window. The part pictured (#2) is the broken one I am looking to replace. It appears to be a softer zinc material measuring 1/4" wide x 3/16" high. Slides into the channel at the bottom of the window. Sets with a screw. I'm sure I'll be looking for som ... (cont.)

It appears to be like 2" Pivot Bar, Keller26-041 . From a home constructed in 80s in FL. Pls advise. Thanks.

I have about 16 windows overall, but my priority is to get 6 fixed in the front - they get lots of west sun, don't work at all. I am reasonably handy and just removed one sash to take photos. Pivot Bar is 2" long, 1/4" x 3/16". Screw hole is 1 1/2" from end. Fits inside pivot shoe part #15-045.
