58-173 Push-in Vinyl Bulb Weatherstrip

Hi, I can't seem to find anything like this. It is from an aluminum clad Therma-Tru door from approximately 2005 to 2007 ish? I can't remember exactly when I replaced them, but guessing that's the approximate time frame.

I'm trying to find replacement weather stripping for a Milgard french door. The weather stripping runs vertical. Door code is HGD-C30-96x96. Thanks

Looking to replace a atrium door weather strip

This is Millard sliding door weatherstripping from 2004. It goes where the two doors meet. The width is about 1" (27mm), the arm height is 0.45 inches (11.4 mm) and the bubble is about 0.4 inches (10mm). The only label I could find on the frame is enclosed as a photo.
