79-124 Right Hand Recessed Door Offset Pivot Set

need replacement of of lower and upper pivots. how can i determine if an offset is used? will the screw holes match up with mine? i looking at some of your product and im not understanting how they mount. maybe im looking at wrong ones?

It looks like the bottom piece is cracked and the door hanging up when I try to open it. Looking for replacement assembly.

The pivots for the above door are worn out, and need I need a retrofit pivot set. Is this part available and if so do can you supply it?
