The door was working fine all of a suddenly start acting like this hard to open & close, most of the time cannot open all the way. Where are the markings on the commercial doors with glass? Please suggest me so I can order pivots for the door for commercial building. Thanks.

I have a Kawneer door that would have been installed in 1975. I have been looking at your pivot sets and trying to determine which one I need. The closest match is the 79-128 I believe.
