The existing mortise lock is worn out and needs to be replaced. The mortise lock matches the 40-194 dimensions. Do you have a complete lock set to replace all of the existing hardware?

My client had this on her storm door but we can't get it to open. She is in fear that in case of an emergency she won't be able to get out the house in time. I have what appears to be JADO narrow door lock sets on the exterior storm and interior front door to my home. The 82-400 s 82-398 appear quite similar.
