Will the 40-183 fit an emco with 1.5" backset?

I have this handle and I'm looking for the knob that locks it. The knob is missing still have dead bolt on the outside.

Hello, Wanting to replace mortise lock set if possible but current lock set is still usable but cannot locate key. I cannot find a name anywhere on the door. It's a full window door from Lowes. Want to replace the handles and plates with oiled bronze if possible, 2nd and 3rd choice would be black ... (cont.)

As you can see in the photos, I am looking for a replacement screen door handle components. New one preferably in silver. Also, curious if there is a matching lower kickplate. Please check the measurements on Key Tumbler #40-089. I'm trying to replace a PADO tumbler...and it locks 2 times as I turn the key. The key is little...and the key is a MD10.
