Hello, A few of my window's folding crank handles have broken off and need replacing. I have attached a picture of the ones I currently have that are still intact and a photo of one of the broken ones. Which ones should I order please?

My casement window won't close-gear is stripped. I'll need 39-253-RB. Can you suggest how to remove this operator cover in the photo so I can begin? I have this window crank and I need one with a folding crank handle. It doesn't look like the handle comes off the the crank.

Two cranks like this one shown in the picture need replacement. I have highlighted the one 'arm' has the number <32010> stamped on it and circled in the picture. This is an aluminum window that is discontinued from 2018. The handle turns but it appears to be stripped. Will not open or close.
