This is made in USA from Truth company, the operator is broken , when I open the window it can not close fully, my contractor tell me I have to replace the operator but I am not sure which is the ight one I should purchase, can u please help me out, I also need a right handle which I can not find fr ... My windows are Crestline vinyl casement windows from 2001. I did notice the name truth on them. The gears are stripped and they click when they try to bring the window in. Thanks, Mark.
