Hello, I would like to replace the pictured window parts: (1) Sill mounted dual arm operator, and (2) cover/handle. The dimensions appear to match the dimensions for Product Code: 39-253RB. 4 15/16" base and 4 7/8" cross-arm. The original window brand is Milgard.

Crank operators are rusted and inoperable.

Approximately 20" wide casement. Looking for both upper and lower arms.

Hi, missing the cap to the base as you can see on the photo with the white hardware. I also uploaded a picture of another window that has the cap on it.

5in arm. I can't find any markings on the crank itself. The part that goes against the window is around 5 1/4in.

My customer has 4 30"/60" casement windows, the hinge pieces on the bottom are rusted out. The hinge piece consists of a track the screws to the jamb 1 arm that clips to a bracket mounted on the window.
