awning operator rod bracket for Andersen wood primed window

There is a small bracket that is mounted with 2 screws in the center of the sash. It holds the rods for the operator for Primed Wood Anderson awning windows. I took the window out to repaint, and realized the bracket was missing when reinstalling. I'm looking for a replacement bracket. ... (cont.)

need to replace, two do not crank

We need to replace two of these. the crank doesn't. work anymore.

All I need is the little white piece ... do I need to purchase the grey replacement shoe? They look totally different is why I am concerned.
