36-083 Andersen Shoe Kit

Looking for a shoe/guide that looks like this. The part number on the arm is 1361462 but this 3 hole design in white does not seem to exist anywhere. Is the black nylon 0565912 a suitable replacement?

House built 1954

This is a crank assembly from an Anderson casement window in my bathroom. I'd like to be able to replace it. It's very stiff to open and close.

Stripped head for crank arm. Need to replace it or the assembly. Thanks

These windows are at least 40 years old. The attachment point to the wire bar on the window has a hollow tube or sleeve attached to the arm that is wrapped around the bar, likely slid in at one end while separated then the bar is attached to the window.

The stud is missing from the end of this operator. Do you know if I can add the stud back or do I need a new operator all together. Thank you.

Hello. Just ordered this replacement part but not quite sure how to install? The part seems to be correct but the screws that came with it are very different than the original. I've put the new shoe onto the crank arm but it's definitely not correct. Adding a second picture

Hello, I am having an issue with an Andersen awning window and I hope you guys can point me in the right direction. Andersen Awning operator shoe

I have an awning window and the bracket at the end of the window operator has broken. It curves/hooks over the metal bar attached to the window and slides on the bar to pull/push the window closed/open. Just need the bracket not a whole new window operator.

Need part attached to bottom of window and rod. It's an Anderson window crank out

I can't find a manufacturer for the windows. I need the part that slides along the bar that is attached to the window. It latches to a stud on the opening and closing mechanism

The left-hand slider is broken, tenant tried to repair with tape! It's got a rivet, so I assume I will replace that with a bolt and nut.

Plastic pieces that ride on the operator rod cracked on otherwise functional (but very old) windows (see photos).

Hi I'm just looking for the rod and shoes, I don't need the whole operator for part 39-389.

I am not looking for the shoe but I need to replace the metal rod that goes through the shoe as it is rusted.

I purchased an awning 39-390. If I were to install the universal kit I can see that the window will not be able to close all the way. The actual inside of the jamb measures 29 1/2". The operator in its opened position is the same exact size as original from the 1950s. Is there any way possible I can ... (cont.)
