Looks like the wheel portion of this has come off, can we replace just the wheel portion or does the entire wheel mechanism need to be replaced and do you have this item?

Hello, Which track would the Hanger Set Product Code: 23-255 run on.

I have a heavy (about 100-150 lbs.) 2" thick office door with glass insert that is a pocket door. The track is 2 1/2" wide and the opening is 1/2" wide. The above pictures show the four wheel hanger with ball bearing wheels. The dimensions of the pictured hanger is almost exact to your 23-176S or 23 ... (cont.)

Do either of these products have an option that the insert is made of metal versus plastic? It appears that the original hardware I have is the 23-199 and the plastic housing that holds the roller in place broke ... hoping a metal insert would be more durable. Thanks

I have a pocket door that uses the 23-255 hardware. The door is out of alignment, with one end much lower than the other. How do I adjust it? I have a pocket door with a wood track. The track has a 3/8th cut out. The wood track width is 1 1/2 in. With the 3/8th cut out and the top track is 1/2 in. Thick.
