I'm looking for the screw hole plugs that covers the screws around the window. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We are trying to find the replacement plug at the bottom of the slider door. There is a circular hole that they put a plug or stopper piece but our new puppy of course found it and completely destroyed it. (= Any help?

No names, numbers or markings. The screw plug is for a french door to cover the screws in the molding around the windows. I need 24 total screw plugs.

The attached photos show the hole on the sliding door and what the plug looks like, it is 7/16" across and is pushed into a hole at the bottom of the sliding glass door.
