The picture is the left side, we need the right side crank. The window is in a closed position and won't open. Can you identify what we need, found a tag that says Traco on the lock. I am looking for Extra Heavy Duty Crank and Rail to replace the existing crank for steel window which is very old and very stuck. We replaced the original cranks with the ones you see in the photos, however most of them were broken because it is not strong to open heavy window especially when start ... (cont.)

Writing on the crank reads US Patent 4505601, and there's another number that reads "4006" (not next to any other text).

Hi, I have a crank assembly that looks almost identical to item 39-142, but with a 13 1/2 inch arm. Do you carry an item like that or know where I can find one?

Hello- The measurements for this part - shaft is 12" long - the width of the black part is 5 1/2". I hope you can help me. All that is says on it is Made in USA (it must be old)
