I need right and left hand window latch. What does mean neutral latch?

I have another part I am trying to match. I think I found it on your web site, but there are a lot of options and I want to be 100% on this. I have attached photo. Since you will probably ask, the screw holes are 2-1/4" apart. I don't know if it's R/H or L/H. Thanks!

Does Neutral mean the 26-188 can be use for both left and right hand side?

The sliding latch and the housing of the 26-188 are both die-cast metal.
