This piece holds the vertical bar in place on our casement windows. There are 3 per window. Thanks for your help!

Hello, I am looking for the guides for the locking device as pictured above. Do you have these or something similar that will work. Found your company on the web. Thanks for your time.

I need the plastic slide for the locking bar mechanism that is in the middle of the picture with the two screws in it. I would like to order five of these.

Need to buy a bunch of these "rivets" (not sure what to call them). Please see attached pic. How do I order?

This piece broke. I tried gluing it with no success. Do you have the replacement piece?

The window supplier is Chantecler, who is not in business now. Hope I can find a replacement.

Hi, I've attached a picture of the white plastic window part that I'm looking for. This same piece broke at another window and the picture is from one that is still intact. Do you carry parts for the now defunct BF Rich double hung windows? I cannot see any numbers so do you need additional pictures with reference for scale.
