70-225 Pella Screen Strike, Large

Hi, I am trying to replace a part in my screen and was told it's a Pella 70-218 knife latch. It's the tan housing around the latch that broke. 1st photo is the broken one and the 2nd photo is the working one. Do uou carry replacement part/parts? Thank you

I have a left hand Pella casement window that is missing a locking fixture. The sash is routed to accept the parts, but the parts are missing. It is a tall casement window which has a tandem mechanism that helps pull in the window to close and lock.

is the 1 inch long Pella screen strike shown in the picture the same as 70-225?

I seem to have cracked my previous strike and I'm keen to replace it! Is that possible? If yes, how do I remove it without damaging my wooden window frames?

Are they available in dark brown?

My Pella screen strike measures 5/8". Do you have a Pella strike that is smaller than the 70-225? Thanks, SP
