I've got a number of older (2002) Harvey Casement windows where the plastic "track" part in the upper hinges has snapped apart so the windows won't open properly (the top part of the window pop outward). Havey has shifted to a new metal version (which they sent me) but they are a different size an ... (cont.)

Please direct me which parts I should check from your web site regarding the hinge and track I need (picture attached). This is a very old window. Thanks.

Can you please explain to me how this hinge can be installed on either side of a window? To me it looks like the right side hinge of an awning window. If you install it on the left side it would have to open inside. Thanks

I am interested in finding a window adjuster for tilting windows. They have effective locks but there is no way to control the opening. Do you know of anything that might work in this situation?
