I need to replace my IWC window locks as well as my tilt latches. The locks have the IWC logo, a product number SP2203 and a patent number DES 432,900. I ordered something like this from your website but the locking lever was to short only 2 inches didn't lock. The original locking lever is 21/4 inches . I also need the screws 38-126 hopper window lock was what I ordered from your website Order number 1517678
