Hi, I'm trying to replace these sash balances that have no markings to indicate manufacturer. They may have been original to the windows. This is for an older Anderson wood casement window operator. the arm is 9 1/2 inches long. the number on the base is 45047. The number on the arm is 40530. The gears are worn on this on and will no longer crank correctly...Thank you

I need to replace the track lock that is mounted at the base of window and the latch on my window. They look like the ones in the picture taken from other window in the room. Please advise comparable replacements. Thank you!

As you can see the lock handle for my IWC sliding window is broken. The locak company that handles IWC windows does not have the part and suggested that you might have it.
