This would be a new install. I have 4 swing out windows but no handle to push them out and bring them back in. I need to find a replacement for this broken latch. What do you suggest and how do I remove the existing latch.

I have Brookhaven cabinets and recently broke one of the plastic sliding drawer holders. I don't know the product name/number but would like to order six (6) of these along with the flat head screws. the height is 1-1/4"

I am looking to replace this window lock made by IWC (International Window Company). The patent number on it is DES.432,900 Somehow this piece I have is missing the latch that you flip to lock the window in place. Hello This retainer came off suddenly as we opened this window. The 3 screws on the vinyl got stripped. We tried to use different sizes screws and nothing holds. We are asking for help. A solution that can withstand the mechanism force it will sustain as we open and close this window. We are puzzled ... (cont.)

Greetings, we have several casement windows as shown. The hinges have failed on one and need to be replaced. We also need screws as the old ones are badly rusted. We prefer stainless steel parts if available.
