Trying to replace broken grass hinges from Woodmode cabinets appx 28 years old

Cabinet door anchor it's so hard to find the camera do I go for my cabinet I went to Home Depot one with the Lowe's I'll try to find it everywhere can't find it in the picture posted hopefully I can find someone confirm for me

Looking to replace current broken hinge. Number on hinge- 698 266. 53.00 Hole size - 35 mm Cup Depth - 1/2 inch Door thickness - 3/4 inch Overlay - 1/2 inch

This is a hidden hinge from a vanity cabinet.
