This hinge has the number 03030.6 on it. Looking for a replacement slow close hinge with 2 inch on center screw holes with 1/2 inch overlay. Do you have something that will work?

The white plastic piece at the center of th door hinges broke off and the doors no longer self close and stay closed. I have attached two photos. Hi, I had my kitchen installed about 30 years ago and many of the hinges broke. There is a black plastic piece that breaks and falls out and then the cabinets won't close. I tried a few places and no one can seem to find replacements for me. I hope you can!

The two options you suggested either are face frame, which will leave a large gap between the cabinet door edges, or a wrap around which will push the door away from the frame.
