Cabinet hinge. the two flat pieces broke off.......the piece that goes into the door is fine but the piece that goes into the door frame thats the piece that broke.....HELP

This an America hinge the distance between the holes on the door side is 45mm the door when closed has sits a 1/2" past the opening.

Almost all of my cabinet hinges are sprung. I hate the doors standing partially open. the number on my current hinges is Blum 110. Can you help me. I thought the hinges were guaranteed for life.
