House built in the late 60's and sure if these are original. Hinge label: "Made in W.Germany 652.220.50.00". Part of hinge that does not screw into the cabinet door has part number 348.220.50/00. Any help would be greatly appreciated - I cannot find a replacement hinge!

Hi there, I need a replacement for the hinge in my photo. It's Mepla apparently. I was repainting some cabinets and couldn't get one out, tried to lift it with a putty knife and one of the wings broke off. Thanks !
