32-343 Face Frame Cabinet Compact Hinge

Looking to replace all hinges in 26 year old kitchen, haven't been able to find this type of hinge.

Hello, I have Homecrest cabinets in my kitchen and the hinges have lost their ability to close on their own. Does Swisco sell replacements for them?

This is a Grass cabinet hinge. (850-01) Outside diameter is 1.28", or 32.7mm. Screw holes are 2" apart.

Trying to replace a cabinet hinge number 03030.67 Distance between the screws is 2 and 1/16 at the center of the hole. All we are finding 1 and 3/4.
