HI I am looking for a window latch. I have attached pictures

Hello, I need a few sets of the window latches for some broken ones we have in the house. The Windows are White Vinyl/PVC Capitol 9555 series I believe. The latch is on the bottom part of window and the part the latch goes into is recessed into the top window.

I'm not sure the brand of this window. Can you help me find the broken part of the latch (as shown in the 3rd picture)?

Hello, I need a replacement keeper for our pella window locks, I tried ordering part #90-282 and #90-307. They are both a tiny bit too deep. They will not allow the window to slide open at the 5/16" depth. I measured our window to be 1/4" deep. Is there any options? The picture I attached is part #9 ... (cont.)

Good afternoon, I am having a very difficult time finding a tilt double window closure. It's a recessed part and attached in the bottom side of the closure. Need lower sash releases for tilt in. And locks parts that mount to lower sash and opposing that mounts to upper sash

I'm looking for window parts

The keeper is 2 7/8 inches long and about 1/2 inch high. The pivot lock shoe is about 2" high. Hard to see the width because the edge is hidden but it looks like about 1 1/8".

I'm trying to replace the recessed keeper hardware for my windows. The holes are 2-1/4" apart.

I am looking at replacing the balance & sash locks for the double-hung window. The label on the window states H-LC35-46x77. Can you please suggest the part, so that I can purchase from your site. Please see photo of sash lock and keeper. I think this might just be the thin plastic keeper in my cart (hopefully you can see). In one photo, you will see the damaged lock that is missing the keeper. I would like to simply move it over and install a new keeper. Thanks Bill

Hi, the meeting railing my 1999-era upper sash broke away from the frame. I tried to re-insert it after removing the 2 7/8 inch flat keepers which had previously been broken by a thief. I do not see any sash locks online that match this type. The upper sash portion has screws entering horizontally into the sash, and the piece is mortised into the sash. I need a set, or two complete locks (sweep and latch).

Needing keeper for various WINDOWS in home. The keeper is flat 2-15/16 length and 2-5/16 center, picture shows the keeper (top) against the window but missing or broken support center piece on keeper for the lock on some windows. Need to replace several in household. Thanks
