26-438 Pivot Bar, 2-15/16"

Greetings, I'm looking for a pair of these hinge rods. The other half somehow managed to break both of them and jammed the window, finally managed to get it out and apart. These are Polaris double hung windows made in 2006.

I believe I have model 210 from your information. What pivot bar would work. My current one is 2 5/8 long.

My tenant has somehow removed the part that holds my windows up when raised. I am not sure of the name of the part we need but it has a 5 in an oval on top.

Bars are about 2 5/8 inches long, the only markings are a 2 on one part and a 7 on the other

On the window frame it says Series 8020 , NFRC 1--/200

The part pictured came from a Polaris window. It is attached to window and inserts into I believe it's called a pivot bar.

I am searching for replacement pivot bars. Product code 26-438 on your site is the closet I can find and has correct measurements but the end is slightly different. Will it work as a replacement? Please advise.Ty.

I'm looking for a Polaris Pivot Bar 2 5/8" long with 2 screw holes 1" apart beginning 1 5/16" from the head end. The lead end of the bar is tapered. The head end has a ramped shoulder with a flat vertical step 1/4" high starting 3/8" from the head end.

Hi Bob, We have a number of Certainteed pivot windows installed many moons ago with broken Pivot bars. Need 6 if available. Dimensions in pix attached are: Overall length is 3.0 inches.Two screw holes are 1.0" apart. The bar with a ring that hooks into the shoe is 1/4" by 3/16". Typed on the Bar is ... (cont.)
