I have a Polaris Window that will fall once opened. I tried to get it back into the shoe inside the rail , but it appears I broke the metal on the bottom of the window. So I need 2 new pivot arms and shoes.

I need a slide that fits in the track of a Polaris replacement window. I purchased the shaft that fits in the bottom of the wi dow from you within the last year.

on one side there is a box with "3" in it and another box with the following "98" "31" I need 4 of these. Can you please help identify them? Thanks, Michelle

My pivot looks and measured close to 26-438 but it needs a t on the end.please help

I previously purchased the Item # 26-438 Pivot Bar, 2-15/16". Those worked fine for my window, but it appears the balance shoe also needs replaced. Not sure which part I need to order. See attached photo.

Do you have these parts? I am searching for a customer, if the parts are available, price them each. I am not sure how many he will need. I will most likely need LH and RH for each part.
