16-027 Peachtree Balance Terminal Plug

Hello I have two windows that need balances . 1 one is 20 lbs the channel is 23-3/8 long The second is 18 lbs and channel is 16-3/8 long . They are peach tree windows . Attached are pics of old balances

I was fiddling with the plug on a Peachtree balance and may have unseated it. Is this how the metal tab at the end of the string supposed to sit in the plug, with the tabs sitting in the two slots of the plug? Thank you.

Our window balances need to have the attached part replaced. Is it possible to find a replacement (preferably metal). Plastic breaks too easy but if that all that is available I would purchase the plastic ones.Cathy

I'm looking for some balances for couple peachtree windows GO 690 TYPE A 5 windows of 34" 1/8 long 2 windows of 23" 1/8 long And also the balance terminals.

A couple weeks ago, i received from swisco4 balances. When installing today, 2 of the little plastic parts that insert into the top cracked when I was trying to pull them. Can you send me two replacements and also I would like to order some extras. I do not see those parts in your list. ... (cont.)

Do you have the end plugs that anchor the cord from balance pully system to the window frame for peachtree balance S745-26? They are small L-shaped plastice plugs.
