Which hinge will replace this without having to drill new holes

Reading on the kitchen cabinet hinges reads: Blum 1 3/8. 110 Thank you! Enclosed is the picture

The part number on the hinge is 03030.67. I cannot find a manufacturer name or any other identification. The attachment screws are spaced 2" apart as shown in the picture.

Can't find this door hinge at any of our big stores, Lowe's/Home Depot.

Attached is a photo of our kitchen cabinet hinges which are 26 years old, many of them needing to be replaced. Other than the hinges, the cabinets are in very good condition. Do you still carry this hinge or can you suggest a possible replacement hinge? Thanks very much for your help. ... (cont.)

The screw that connects the door to the frame is stripped. I think I also need the back piece that the screw goes into. See attachment. I would need at least 2, but I would like to get a package of them. I have these hinges all over my house and would like to have a couple extra. ... (cont.)

Hi, I have several broken hinges that don't self-close anymore. My cabinets are Wellborn cabinets, installed in about 1994. The hinges are Amerock. I need this hinge, both pieces. I believe it is a Grasso 830 and no longer made. 2 and 1/4 in long, cup is 1/2 in deep, holes 2 in apart

To whom it may concern, I would like to replace my hinges for the soft close type if possible. My cabinets are from 1993 and solid cherry. They have a partial overlay with a half inch reveal.
