I see 11-3 but can't make out the last number if there is one thank you for help

Stamped: a 11-1, 12in length, 1/2in width

I am in need of these balances, they resemble the 377 and the 371 but not quite due to the top portion of the balance.

1/2" channel tip to tip length- 12 13/16

I have an ANSI/AAMA 101-88 Window that does not stay open. My Contractor says I need the things that hold up the window replaced. Please let me know if you have them, how much and eta. Thank you, Brett
