the hinge goes between the doors, not the hinge from the cabinet

We have Mepla hinges, 511.243.01.92 on our kitchen cabinets. A few have become damaged and we need to replace them. What is a good replacement?

There is a 17M stamped on the back of the cup, and 314.3 on the interior of the section that attaches to the cabinet frame. The hole spacing on the cup is approx 48mm, and on the part that attaches to the frame is approx 33 mm.

There are no markings other than stainless steel and H=O. The overall installed length is 4-3/4 inches. There are 2 indented "stripes" at the edge of the hinge over the underlying spring location.

Looking for soft close hinge to replace my non-soft close hinge. Attached photo.

Cabinets were purchased/installed back in 2009 by a contractor who claims they were 'Cabinets to Go'. Have a quick disconnect button on the rear. Are 4 1/2 inches long. I'm looking to replace a broken cabinet hinge. It's probably from the 1980s. The part number on the part that attaches to the cabinet is 346.290.51.00 the number on the door part is hard to read but looks like 657.3711.55.00, possibly the first number is 652. Looks like a replacement might be MEPLA ... (cont.)
