Looking for a replacement

Hi, I need to replace this door hardware. There are no names, numbers or markings on it as far as I can tell. The distance between the screw holes is 5.125 inches. The inside handle has broken off. Please advise, and thank you.

This lock has a handle broke off of it and on the other side somebody put gray putty on. Hopefully you can identify it & stock it. The distance between the two screws is 1 7/16". Thank you
