Hello, I need a replacement handle but have been unable to identify the part I need. 7 1/12 inches between top and bottom screw holes.

we have a 20 year old screen door & your item #40-214 looks like an exact match. The total height of our existing assembly is 7 1/4 inch. Please advise if your unit is comparable.

I have a double key cylinder inside and out. Want to replace it with a key outside and a thumb turn inside for ease of emergency exit.
