I am looking for the bottom roller mechanism for my Atrium windows, need (6). Also I need the locking mechanism in the pic for 2 windows for some reason when I try to lock the window the piece that flips out doesn't seem to be long enough to reach the stationary window. Need four of the attached items that go on the bottom of my windows. Looks like each one has two wheels ( the picture only shows one but all the windows have two wheels on each side and a screw hole but also a flange to keep them from slipping. Can you help me please?Thanks,Sam

Of all the pictures I have found, the roller I think I need is a G 3121 - Sliding Window Roller Assembly It measures about 3/4" long by 7/16" high by 1/4" wide, and the roller appears to be about 5/16".I have added a picture of the roller, and a picture of the window from which it came. HiThe roller assemblies on several of windows are worn and need replacing. The only marking I can find on the windows is Masterview. The roller diameter is 7/16" and the pin diameter approximately 3/16". Hopefully you can help me find a replacement.Thank you,Eric

I am looking for Atrium rollers as well. I have seen both 87-163 and 87-164 listed as possible replacements. Has any one tried one or the other? Do they work? Did you need to modify it to fit? The ones I have look a bit different than the ones in the photo above Thanks

Hi, appreciate if you could match this Jeld Wen sliding window roller with a replacement. the diameter of the wheel is 7/16 and the distance between the installation holes is 1+7/8 inches

I am in the process of making sure my windows fit and close properly. It was difficult to take out the sliding window as the top and bottom seemed to have bowed outward. This is the part I'm looking for that is approximately 2" in length. Comes with 2 roller wheels, one of which is missing. These windows were installed when the house was built in 2004. We see the word Atrum on our window locks and stickers that are on window frames.

Hello, the lock no longer fits into the space in order to lock. Both top and bottom locks are warped.
