I'm looking for a plastic piece that stops the balance from going up past the window. It screws on to the window.

I need to replace the channel balances on our IWC single hung windows. The balance length is 24", 1/2" wide, marked 23 20 DS and I was initially thinking the 377 2320 would work but the top looks more like a 19-041 than a 19-018. Could you advise? I've attached pictures.

I am in need of 2 new sashes for my window. I have attached pics of the Sash that failed and was removed from my window. Can you please help in locating the sash and also the pieces that go on the window itself. I added a pic of that as well

I have replaced the channel balances with S377-17 and the Top Sash Guides with 18-197, but I can't find a matching Bottom Sash Cap. Do you know if you carry anything like this? Thanks! Mark

Good morning Swisco! I fixed the balances myself and installed them in the windows, but I realized that I need the top plastic pieces and felt too. I am attaching pictures to see if you can help me. Thank you!
