I ordered a door hanger and received it but it wasn't a complete set. It came as a single door handle without any screws or the other handle that fit the other side of the sliding door. Please see enclosed pics of a broken exterior patio door handle. It doesn't seem to be an Anderson because of the extra vertical flat bar at the base. Can you recommend a replacement with screws? Do the bolt pairs come in stone color? Also, how long are they?

I have an 8' sliding glass door from an unknown manufacturer. The attached picture show the inside handle and the inside lock above it. I would like to replace the 'inside only' lock to a keyed lock that could be used from the outside. As an alrenative, a keyed could be added above this. Do you have ... (cont.)

I am so excited to see that this handle is available through you! We have the beautiful andersen sliding glass doors and love them except for the fact that there was never a handle on the outside. (have no idea what happened to it as it was like this when we bought this house) So obviously we don't ... (cont.)
