Hello. I just ordered product 39-239C Encore Awning Operator from you. I also need a hex head adapter as the window is too high to reach by hand. Please see attached photos. Do you carry this adaptor? What would this adaptor be called? Thank you.

Hello- We have recently moved in and have been unable to open this skylight. The end piece was here and fits but is not connected. Current skylights approx 15 yrs old in kitchen and require standing on chair to operate. Handle has a #10 on the underside of the stem and the #s 9456-2C just below the hole that attaches to the post on the window. Couldn't find any brand identifiers. I measured the opening that attaches to the post ... (cont.)

Please look at the broken end. The inside is not round, it is approximately 13 mm hex socket. All of the parts I have found are round inside and that won't work. Hopefully you can help me or suggest someone who can. Thank you.

We have a long reach across our 2nd story handrail to our awning windows made my Jeld-Wen. I am hoping the universal joint, ring, pole crank with hook will be the solution. Am I able to return the parts if they do not fit?
