I cannot find this IWC positive action sliding vinyl window lock. I could also use some rollers as well

slide-co part number 173933-NI need 2. Is there a replacement part that fits the drill holes that is cheaper than the original part?

MW is on it, for milgard windows. Vinyl sash window.
