I am looking for replacement locks. I can not locate any placards describing the window model. These locks are on vertical and horizontal windows manufactured around 2006/2007. The mounting holes are 1-5/8 on center.

Hi, I have a Milguard Manufacturing single-hung latch/lock that is broken or more specifically, the plate below is probably broken and this seen piece with the "finger" grab isn't engaging. Needing replacement, appreciate your efforts to help me!

I have a couple of broken latches for the top of my window. I cannot find a part number on the window. Do these pictures give enough info to see if you have replacements?

Hi - Looking for a Milgard Sash Lock. Not finding any model numbers, or referencable numbers on the locking mechanism. The central Screw structure is breaking out of our older locks.

hoping you can help me with this latch. i can find similar, but the bottoms are different and i don't know it they can be interchangeable? thanks

It looks like we need a new lock and keeper set. If I am seeing correctly, it is that the keeper itself is broken if you sell that independently The width of it is 4 inches and 1/8 and the latch itself is one and 3/4 What part do we need? thanks

Hi, I don't have it disassembled. The window guy came by & took one of the locks. He can't find replacement and wants to replace with brand new windows which we cannot afford. I did see what looks like a match. But I thought I should ask you all v4 I order.

Trying to indentify a replacement part. It's has IWC inscribed on the outside. The spring loading of the handle that engages the door lock is disconnected or broken so there's no spring mechanism and the lock is permanently closed. cannot see any external screws to unscrew the sliding door handle ...
