It's a Ply Gem window lock handle set.

Length 23 9/16" Width 1/2" Made around 2005,2006

on the back of the white latch, one of the metal clips don't move and i can't seem to find a manufacturer for the window so hoping i have luck here.

We have several of these latches that have broken. There are two tabs that stick out when closed. The tabs go into a groove in the frame, but the window must slide past that part of the frame when the window opens, so nothing else can stick out of the back of the latch body. The underside of the working hinge lock states "Made in New Zealand". There are no other identifying numbers or names. When you pull on the handle, one of the plates does not move to disengage from the stationary plate that is fixed to the frame.

On the locking mechanism, holes on center are 1 5/8" On the latch that fits inside a window channel, width is 1/2" total but has a lip that is 3/8".

Unscrewed this Sash Lock trying to remove it but it remains attached to window frame. I think the locking mechanism is still inserted into the keeper. When I push the handle, there is no resistance. I cannot open the window. How can I remove it?
