Installed 28 years ago. Mechanism doesn't catch so windows can't be locked.

I'm looking for a replacement latch or a latch I can use instead of the ones in the picture. The log on the latch shows MW

Looking 4 a new window lock, i have a few broken ones

We purchased MI windows 360 series 2-Lite Slider OX (65.5" W x 71.5 H) in February 2012. The sash lock is broken and we are looking for the replacement Sash Lock (Autolock) and keeper in white. Window Master sash window lock. The lock portion is metal and the other part that fits on the stationary side is plastic. We need several of them. There is a Prominent WM on a little plastic piece that sits into the metal part

All of my windows slide lock latch broke or does not unlatch

I think I need a 27" Series 385 Channel Balance Option 2630. The metal channel, not including the plactic ends, measures 27" in length. The numbers on the metal are: 26 3 JU CMC 2. Please see attached pictures of the ends. Please let me know what channel balance I need to order.
