Vanity cabinet from the 1970's has these drawer slide guides that need to be replaced.Any chance we can identify and source this part?

Hi, I need to replace the plastic drawer guide on a couple of drawers . The part is marked Reiss Mfg. Corp N.Y.C. R-26 Pat. 2857233. I need 3 replacements. Could you please inform me if the part is available and place the order for me?

Tim Connelly emailed me and I did the measurements. Part number 32-122 doesn't work. The measurements differ in this way. 1 3/16" is 3/4 or 13/16". 5/16" is same. 1 1/2 is 1 3/4. 2 1/2 is 2. The width 5/16 is 11/16 or 3/8. I will see if I can find the measurements on your site.
